Torquay Museum Without Walls was established with the support of many local organisations and with their continued support, we are bringing the history of the local area to everyone, anywhere through our digital platform.
The ever-increasing number of visits to our site and our social media – Facebook and Instagram, demonstrate we are meeting the needs and expectations of our community.
Our most notable accomplishment has been receiving the Public Record Office Victoria Commendation Award for our Torquay History App, which is available on both Android and Apple mobile devices. We take pride in this achievement which is a direct result of our eagerness to meet our community expectations and to create valued experiences and solutions for researchers.
Our achievements in being asked to speak at public forums show us that we are on the right path and encourage us to keep doing our best for our community.
